This just in: Ilagan captures silver and bronze in Boys Secondary 100-m run

Roi Vince Resposo of Ilagan failed to win the gold medal in his favorite 100-meter run finishing behind his archrival runner from Isabela. Finishing third is another sprinter from Ilagan. Resposo ran the qualifying match in 400-meter dash an hour before the finals of the 100-meter run.
