Grefalda delivers first gold for Ilagan

After a dismal showing of the athletes of the City of Ilagan in day one of the CaVRAA meet, Palarong Pambansa player Jonathan Grefalda snatched the first gold  of the division in Javelin Throw. 

Grefalda registered a 49.36-meter throw, enough to win the gold of the said event although short of the CaVRAA record of 51 meters which he set in last year's regional meet. 

He is also heavily favored to win another gold when he competes for the discuss throw event tomorrow.
